长春英利汽车是一家专注于实现汽车零部件的轻量化的公司，主营业务为车身结构零部件及防撞系统零部件的设计、研发、制造及销售，主要产品包含金属零部件和非金属零部件两大类，金属零部件包括仪表板骨架、防撞梁、门槛、EV电池下壳体以及其他车身冲压件等；非金属零部件包括前端框架、车底护板、备胎仓、EV电池上壳体、电瓶托盘、轮罩等。除汽车零部件外，公司也生产少量汽车零部件相关的模具。公司建立了研发本部，具备了较强的产品同步开发和试验评价能力，并能够有效控制产品成本，能够满足整车制造商不同阶段的开发要求。

Changchun Engley is an automobile parts manufacturer who strives for car lightweight solutions. We are specializing in design, development, production of the car body structure parts and the anti-collision system auto parts. Our main products include metal parts and non-metal parts. The metal parts include dashboard skeleton, anti-collision beam, threshold, EV battery lower housing and other body stamping parts etc. The non-metal parts includes front frame, under plate, spare tire compartment, EV battery upper housing, battery tray, wheel housing etc. In addition to auto parts, we also design and produce auto parts related molds. We have established the research and development center, which has the strong product synchronous development and the test evaluation ability, also can effectively control the product cost, can meet the vehicle manufacturers in different stages of development requirements.

　　目前，公司业务在汽车工业较为发达的吉林省、辽宁省、天津市、江苏省、浙江省、四川省、湖南省、山东省和广东省等地均有布局，已在华南、华中、华北、华东以及东北地区建立全面的生产配套网络，公司业务布局与客户地域分布相匹配。公司主要客户为中高端品牌，包括一汽大众、一汽红旗、北京奔驰、上汽大众、上汽通用、吉利汽车、沃尔沃亚太、华晨宝马、广汽菲克等多个知名整车制造商。

At present, we have built up a full manufacturing and service network in whole China region matching with our customers’ requirements and footprints. We have plants in the relatively developed cities like Changchun, Tianjin, Suzhou, Ningbo, Chengdu, Changsha, Qingdao and Foshan and other places. Our main customers are from middle to high brands, including FAW-Volkswagen, FAW-Red Flag, Beijing Benz, SAIC-Volkswagen, SAIC-GM, Geely Auto, Volvo Asia Pacific, BMW Brilliance, GAC Fake and many other well-known vehicle manufacturers.

一、研发方向实习生5人5 interns in R & D direction

1、任职资格Qualifications:

l   机电或材料相关专业全日制本科毕业或硕士；Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering;

l  积极主动、责任心强、沟通能力强；Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills;

二、 运营方向实习生10人 10 interns in operation    

1、任职资格Qualifications：

l   机电或材料相关专业全日制本科毕业或硕士；Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering

薪酬待遇Salary & Welfare

一、实习期间：90元/天Internship period: 90Yuan / day

二、毕业后：

l  本科生3800-4500元/月 Bachelor: 3800-5000 Yuan/month

l  硕士生4500-6000元/月 Postgraduate: 4500-6000Yuan / month

三、取得毕业证后正式缴纳五险一金

Pay five insurances and one fund after graduation
